Not Catholic but Teaching it

I agree that this is probably not something you need to worry about. If it happened early last year and nothing was said to you by the principal then the parents most likely dropped it when they realized what a great job
you were doing with their children. We never have that kind of problem in our school because our diocese requires those who teach religion to be Catholic. In our K-8 building there are 3 who are not Catholic and we switch classes so they don't teach religion. I guess that takes care of any concerns the parents may have in such situations and makes it easier for the teachers. If you
are Catholic then it is probably easier to teach their beliefs and if not then you don't have to worry about it. Keep doing what you did last year, don't worry about what anyone tells you unless it comes from your principal. Good luck in your second year!
