private school board

I, too, stumbled here through a link in someone's message. Now, I am afraid I won't find it again. We need to be posted on the main page. I have 23 years in a private school. True, the pay isn't the greatest. But, I don't have the discipline problems or numbers the public schools have. Also, I don't feel the pressure of proficiencies. I know my curriculum and the goals established for each subject. I am allowed the freedom to meet this goals as I see fit. This allows for me to teach to all learning styles in my classroom.
