I'm not sure how certification works for your area. I would check either with whichever department is responsible for your certificate, to see if private schools would be counted. I think some are, but since this one is not accredited, I would check to be sure.

Private schools do tend to pay quite a bit less than public schools because their funding only comes from the fees parents pay. They have to keep that reasonable enough for parents to be able to afford.
