Substitute Teaching

Good for you, Yassenia! After twenty-five years and four layoffs, I too have become a substitute teacher. The hours are great, and it's a good way to test the waters. I also like the variety of students and schools. I have been watching the series of videos by Harry Wong on classroom management. He is excellent and gives a lot of good advice which can be implemented by any teacher, new or seasoned. Hang in there and good luck.
