"Senior Teacher"

I am in my first semester back in college at the age of 50 and I am having a blast. Yes, the other students are young enough to be my children. (And some of them think I am their mother!) and Yes, it is tough. But, I love it. It has been the best thing I have done. Doing the practicums has been fun and the kids love the "grandmotherly" touch I can give. I wouldn't trade this time for anything. BTW, this is my second career - I was a successful bank loan officer before I decided to come back.
