Hi!Welcome to the board! Wow, you have just been through a huge transition. Hopefully, many people here will give you lots of support and expert advice. I am also a 2nd career teacher (there was a debate earlier on what | to call ourselves, I had read this term somewhere, NEA?) I agree with you, I think my experience in the private sector has helped me out a lot -- (I can even load the copier and change toner cartridges!) We do need to get a link up to this board, however. What I have done is to create a My Page and saved a bookmark to this board. Hopefully, the powers that be (George, where are you?) | |
will put up a link for us. However, it did take a while to get this one going.Hang in there! You seem adventurous at heart -- just what students need these days! Sue
