lice
By Julianne

Clip to ScrapBook
Our school nurse told us that if our class suffers an attack of lice you can stick the pillows, etc. in a plastic garbage bag and seal it. Leave them there for at least two weeks. The eggs hatch, and finding nothing to nourish them, die. The items can then be removed and used without fear of spreading lice. Another option is to cover everything in vinyl fabric. You can buy it at fabric stores, but it's kind of pricy.
