I didn't at first, until a teacher I was subbing for expressed alarm when she found out I was a new teacher. She was out for a week with strep throat and laryngitus and we talked on the phone, so she didn't realize my age.
I left her a note on what I thought would be my final day, telling her what a good experience it had been for me as a new teacher. Valentine's Day (and the party) had came while I was there and one student had mentioned to another teacher that the class was "wild" during the party. (Two students misbehaved and threw valentines back at the unpopular boy who'd given the cards to them)

Well, this other teacher had told the regular teacher, that the class was "out of control" during the party. I was called back the next day and had to do a bunch of reassuring to the regular teacher that, no the class hadn't been out of control, and that I could handle it. After that, I never mentioned that I was a new teacher. And no one asked either.
