12 year old friends? By Ray

I started teaching at 43 yrs of age. That was 9 years ago. Each year seems to offer a greater challange with students, parents, or administrators.
Please elaborate about not needing any more 12 year old friends. I try to be fair with all of my students, but I seem to have more than my share of problem students. - Ray
