My Story

My story sounds like a ditto of L.P's. I started back to school at 42. I went to a commmunity college then on to a four year institution for my bachelors.

I agree, professors do like older non-trads, because we give 110% We work so hard, and we know what life is all about by this stage in the game. I did both sp. ed and reg ed degrees. I am anxiously awaiting my first teaching job. Welcome to all of you.

Have any of you had the experience of the "younger" students coming up to you in say the library and asking for help because they think you are an employee not a student? It is funny!!!!
