I understand
By Jen

Clip to ScrapBook
I totally understand where you are coming from. See below message... The class I have I also inherited from a teacher who had no discipline. This is our second week of school and I have sent so many to the office because
I won't put up with the behavior in my room. I have never seen this before in any school. I wish I had some words of wisdom. I have tried every Harry Wong idea and them some, but these kids truely do not care. At this age there aren't really any consequences that matter enough to them, and if they have been getting away with this behavior it is going to take consistancy on your part
to make a difference with those who do care. I can say it does get better. My students are better than they were the first day of school--they still have a long way to go, but they have improved. Just hang in there.
