It has to get better

Wow. It does indeed sound as if discipline is in a runaway state. I am sorry to hear that your school is having so many problems which have gotten out of control. You definitely will have to get together a group of concerned citizens--your parents--along with your teachers to have a BIG meeting to find a cure for these problems. I am sure that with the proper concern from your community of parents, things will turn around. As a teacher in the school, you can get the ball rolling. I am sure that other teachers will join you, since they are probably also disgusted with the way things are going here.
