Contact the principal and other resources about what you can do if she continues to just obstinately refuse to cooperate. Finally, don't let her ruin your days and weeks! My team last year had 3 horribly behaved students, out of 75 total. One of my co-teachers griped, moped, complained, and found fault all day because she had been saddled with these 3. She didn't do hands-on activities and play-acting because our class last year "couldn't handle it" according to her. So the other 72 students missed out on all the fun stuff. And the teacher, by focusing on the 3 bad ones, made herself into a depressed mess. Don't do that! Focus on all those great kids who want to cooperate, participate, learn, and work with you. They will be what keeps you coming back every day.
