Contact the parent immediately! If she is causing problems in other classes, set up a meeting with the counselor, her other teachers, the parent, and her! Work out a behavior contract for everyone to sign that includes expectations, rewards and punishments, and a weekly progress report for teachers to check off behavior. Before the meeting, check her cum folder to see past teachers comments and suggestions.
