Good question, Kathy. I have asked myself ever since I read that in Wong's book. Everyone advises me to get that book and use it. He states that the first week should only be for teaching procedures,etc. Not to begin actual teaching, yet. And that is how I got confused. Just can't see myself going over procedures and rules for 5 full days.
