Students love it
By Donna

Clip to ScrapBook
My 6th graders were read to LOTS. They absolutely loved 6th Grade Nickname Game by Gordon Korman. At the end of the year they voted it the best of all. It is light and funny, and a good way to start a discussion about nicknames that can be harmful. My students write a novel of their own each year and I introduced this book by relating the fact that Mr. Korman wrote his first novel at age 12.
