help the sub

One of the first things I do each fall is have my sub folder ready to go. I have my schedule, the kids' schedule, class lists and seating charts in there. I also have lots of general info for the sub. I try to think of everything that is second nature for me and try to plan ahead for the sub. I also give them the names of a few teachers close by that can be of assistance to them. Good subs are a necessity. Thanks in advance to all the subs who fill in for us when we need them the most!
