Summer Reading
By Angie

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't know of any websites, but I found a good idea in a magazine for summer reading. The magazine had a page with the list of the different genres that chapter books come in (historical fiction, adventure, fantasy, etc) and it had a place where the studnet reads one of each kind and then fills in the spot with the title. It also provided some ideas if they got stuck on a genre and couldn't find a book. I am going to have my 4th graders do it over the summer and bring me back the list to get some kind of reward. Thought this was a great idea and that I would pass it on!!!
