interview!
By sys

Clip to ScrapBook
Congratulations...I am sure the interview will go well, and good for you to have already subbed in that school before...
a few questions I have been asked:
What is your management procedure?
How do you deal with
disruptive children?
What would your language arts program look like?
How would you teach math?
How would you include parents?

When I was shortlisted for a job, I really studied for the interview...feeling confident going in will lesson your nervousness...I did read a tip once....don't go in and say "I am so nervous",,,that may make them think that you won't be able to handle

the position....and remember eye contact...shake each persons hand that you see in the interview...and what I did was bring in a mini-portfolio...they were very impressed witht that.

Good luck
