Congrats on your interview! It's exciting, isn't it? My three suggestions are :
1. Be yourself! Relax and think positively

2. Dress professionally (I'm sure you know that, but it's always worth mentioning)

3. Be as knowledgeable as possible about standards, testing, and fourth grade in general. Dazzle them with your knowledge!
