I don't know for a fact, but I hear that Maryland has some nice offers. Rumor has it that some districts offer to pay your first month's rent, your first house payment, or your first car payment. I have also heard that teachers can get discounts on housing. Once again, these are just rumors I heard, but may be worth looking into. Good luck!
