Good luck and stay positive! Yes, they do hire teachers with a contract this time of year. Yes, they do also offer long-term sub positions, but it could be "foot in the door." Just be yourself, think before you speak in response to questions, and if you are not sure of a response, tell them you would like to think about it for a bit and then come back to it after the rest of the questions. Let us know how you make out.
