This is it, but I just had to add one further comment. Discouraged judges the rest of us even more harshly than we have judged him.
But then again I really do doubt the sincerity of this person as all his posts have
been written, especially lately to get a response (rise)out of us.

To Discouraged - As far as whether we are cold and unfeeling, etc., well you don't know who we are either. I just spent about 15 hours extra this past week cleaning out an unused classroom for a new teacher who will be arriving tomorrow (travelling a long, long distance) and starting to teach on Tuesday. And I talk

with many people on this board and others, and I'm usually the positive one. However and this is my last comment to you unless I see some change in your attitude, you need to seriously take a look at your life. If you are sincere at wanting the support and help then show it. And if you are just one of those who are out there using these boards as a "game" to get a rise out of us, we don't have time for you.

Meanwhile I'm off to read the other posts and boards and see if my help and advice can be put to a better use.
