I thought of a few more ideas...

-Tutor: type up a flyer and post it at your local library or ask some child care places if they can post it. Give your name to the local districts and ask them to put your name on a list
of tutors, post it in public places, place a newspaper ad, etc. You can earn good money tutoring. I did it last summer and charged about $10-15/hour, but I've heard other people charge more. Check private schools too. Charter schools, anythin!
-Check special ed programs too...although it may not be your field, there are often positions open for aids in these classrooms too...one-on-one
aides for students that need more help, etc.
-volunteer at the schools(I realize its not income that way, but may get your name in there moe)
-see if schools need help in their before/after school programs or as a coach or girl scout leaders or playground/lunch aides
-Check your local 4H, girl scouts, boy scouts to see if they need leaders
-art or craft stores
-Coach
-check if your community has community art, dance, athletic classes, etc...see if they need instructors.
-check day cares in work places
-the book or toy dept. in a dept. store
-toy store

If none of these sound good and you still can't find something related to teaching...do something else you have always wanted to do and give it a try...
