I'm sure there are many on the board who would support you, but it sounds like your posts are just there to complain. While venting is always good, it does get tiring to write responses that seem to fall by the wayside. And I'm not saying you are not truly an educator looking for a job, but your posts do seem to have the same "essense" as some of the others that have been posted in the past on this board and others by one or two people who just want to start issues and are not really looking for help. If I'm wrong I apologize, but looking back at all your posts, you rarely (twice) even repost a response to those who offered advice (and those two times were just to complain some more). Unfortunately you are being to lack credibility with your posts and I'm guess less and less of us will be responding to them in the future.

As far as losing applications, etc., some school divisions get literally 100's of applications. I wouldn't be surprised, shocked or hurt if some did get lost. And most divisions (in fact most jobs regardless of what field you are in) do not hold applications for long periods of time.
In Alberta they do not even accept applications in many of the school divisions unless they are specific to a posted job.

While the job search can be frustrating, it is no matter what field you may go in. All you can do is to keep trying until you get what you want. Or decide to quit trying and go into another field.
