Interview
By KimW

Clip to ScrapBook
There are probably a million lesson plan web sites; just use a search engine and spend time until you find some you like. Print them out, change anything if you want to, and use them as a model for future lesson plans. You should be able to find classroom management (rules and consequences) techniques as well on web sites; there is links here on Proteacher.

As far as your interview goes, practice but don't memorize. Watch yourself in a mirror and practice facial and hand movements. However, you don't want to LOOK rehearsed at the interview.
