I agree with Kim. First, get out the thank you note adding how much you can contribute to the school and anything else you might have forgotten to add during the interview. Also, make the call yourself if you don't hear
back soon. I interviewed on a Tuesday and was told a decision would be made by Friday. When I didn't hear, I assumed I didn't get it and couldn't get the nerve to call him. I was depressed all weekend and when Monday evening came along, I got the call and signed my contract on Tuesday. (In a nice way, I let him know that waiting through the weekend was VERY stressful!) Point is, if I

would have called him on Friday, my attitude would have been much better for those couple of days and I could have shown him again how much I wanted to be in his school.
