Judgement
By KimW

Clip to ScrapBook
Hey, Discouraged. I hadn't heard from you in a couple of days. I've been thinking about and praying for you. You and I are in the same boat. No jobs and school starts this week (at least for me it starts this week).

I
think you're right. I think we can come off as too nervous or negative. I think it does hurt if we answer questions too slow or too fast. We never know what the other people think of us, until we ask. I asked a principal once if it had anything to do with appearance. She said that appearance (other than professional) had nothing to do with her decision not to hire me; she didn't
hire because I didn't look confident enough when I answered my questions. But then the same ol' question pops up: How can we have confidence when we are rejected over and over again? Rejection (or worse not hearing anything) is horrible.
