strengths and weaknesses

I don't know if this helps, but I have always said that my strengths are my passion for teaching and my desire to research and try new ideas. Because I was just out of college, I stated that my weakness was my lack of experience, due to the fact that I have not had my own classroom and a couple of years of teaching under my belt.

I think that an answer from any of the areas you listed would work. In my opinion, the most important thing is to list a strength that in some way shows your love of teaching and a weakness that they are already aware of, if possible. Also, I think it is important to tell them how you are working to change your weakness. This shows them that you are aware of it and are actively trying to improve in that area. Good luck!
