strengths and weaknesses

Boy did I stumble on that one when I first started out! Now, years later, a full-time teacher, I can say that I don't believe there's any one "correct" response to these questions. However, it's much easier to say what your strengths are. I said that mine was my organizational skills. The tricky part is coming up with a weakness which isn't too damning of you. I used to say that my weakness was that I was a perfectionist.
