To give up or not to give up the job search

I don't doubt that some candidates have some trait that may turn off an interviewer-nervousness around strangers and strange situations, a boring sounding voice, an insecure sounding voice, a loud mouth, a negative attitude, an unwillingness to fit in to a system etc. Some are in an area where there is a glut of teacher candidates. And then politics is an issue also. Oh well. Each person has to make the choice whether or not to throw in the towel.
