I feel your pain

Some of us are not as smooth and polished as others. We don't have the smooth mannerism that others are born with. It is tough. A smooth and professional looking candidate will walk away with the job though! And the rough around the edges guy remains unemployed. You cannot transform yourself overnight. Everyone has a handicap and mine is my rough around the edges appearance and mannerism. It can be a hinderance. It can keep you out of the profession. Sad.
