Experience

I graduated May 9, 2000 and received a teaching postion right out of college. The only experience I had underneath my belt was my three field experiences.

However, in college I major in science. Therefore, my teaching certificate has a DX endorsement. I am certified to teach K-5 (all subjects), and 6-8 (science in middle school). In my area, there is a high demand for science teachers. So, finding a job for myself was not to hard.

What did you major in college? What endorsement are on your teaching certificate? What state are you in?

If you cannot find a job in your state, you may need to relocate.
