Hope

Clip to ScrapBook
When I was attending college, I completed a credential file with the university. My credential file contained my resume, background information, my long term and short goals, and my letters of recommendation. In addition,
as part of the program, I had to complete a portfolio.

Did your college require you to complete a credential file and a portfolio?

After I have completed my file, the schools came to me. All I had to do was set up an appointment with the College and I interviewed with principals the following week.

Within two weeks, I was offered a position as a 5th grade platoon science teacher.

To

make a long story short, don't give up. Your job is waiting for you. You maybe looking in the wrong places. Try placing an application in an urban area where the need is great. I teach in an urban area. It may be challenging at times, but I wouldn't give it up for the world. Good Luck.
