Just a thought. Where do you live? Maybe you need to move to a more metropolitan area where they are really hurting for teachers. That's is what I'm having to do. I know its scary and I don't know how I'll ever afford to move, but it's somthing I'm just going to have to do. Could you relocate? Here, in my district in the heart of the south, male teachers are hired first especially at the elementary and high school levels.
