I was once at an interview with a principal who said I was one of her "top" candidates. I decided that "top" candidate or no, I needed something definite. She strung me along for awhile to the point where I got disgusted and decided to continue interviewing. I was offered another job after awhile, so I took that. I guess you could say that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
