I work support staff. The job went to a young woman who looked good, went to a good college, and then was let go at the end of the year because she was ineffective. I wanted to tell the principal, "I could have done the job!!! and you chose that bimbo." Somewhere someone will hire us. I'm still looking, I am quite qualified but I just can't interview well. When I do, the position goes to someone inhouse. I am just not winning at this. Good luck.
