I didn't send a thank you note- I had sent out a thank you for the interview just a day or two before. What I did do was call my principal and thank her personally. It was great to be able to tell her how excited I was, and to hear how excited she was that I had accepted the job. It also gave me a chance to get some of my questions answered and get some focus!
