    It is encouraging to hear that others have similar situations. It did make me feel a little better, but I can't seem to get over the frustration of what happened. I would love to get inside the head of the principal and know exactly what his logic was in this. It sure seems that applicants get hired who grew up here. I have lived in this area for 10 years, I wonder how long you have to live here to be considered "local". (Well, I may be going WAY off here, but at this point, I don't care).
