Clip to ScrapBook
First off, I am not an experienced teacher with years of teaching, I'm a recent grad, but one commonly known as a "returning student" (I was going to one college while my kid was going to another!) HOwever, I'm currently
on the job hunt scene, too, and I'm not sure if it's necessary to have references from EVERY job placement. What about those who found themselves in a really bad situation & left at their own biding?
Anyway, it certainly sounds like you had a bad experience and lived to tell about it. May I suggest that you simply list the placement on your resume, and not worry about references from
them, as you implied that you have had good references from previous placemnts. I'd include the letters from the children & the parents in your professional portfolio, however. If on an interview someone should question the lack of references from this placement you could accurately say that there was an unexpected change in administration that did not mesh well with your teaching phylosophy.

Hope this helps!
