To "Be Realistic"

I have been working in the education field for about ten years. In those years I have definitely seen what your last statement suggests. I had so much difficulty getting a job because of politics, and now I am having difficulty keeping my job because of politics. Dirty politics abound in the schools--the backstabbing and lying. You even have to watch what you say to people you think you can trust.
