Congratulations, Kim, on your interview. I'd wait until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday of next week to call. If they said they'd make the decision by the end of this week, then that should give them plenty of time to call you. Second grade is a great grade level. Interviewing is very hard. I had many many interviews early in my career. Now, sometimes I am on an interviewing committee and I swear I am more nervous than the person being interviewed! I want everyone to get the job. Good luck, hang in there!
