Re: What Districts Are Hurting?

Well, most of the school districts in Texas and
especially the big cities. This year, many teachers have retired from Houston ISD. Lots of
openings. There are 2 Job Fairs coming up in
June 2001. Please visit

If you decide to apply with Houston ISD, please
email me. In your email, please tell me a little
about yourself,how long you've been teaching and
what your style of teaching is including your
classroom management strategies. The reason I
am asking for you to do this as my district is
offering bonuses to us employees who refer

people
to the district. If you are hired, then I would
be eligible for 1/2 of the bonus in December. Then if you come back to work in the Fall 2002,
I would be eligible for the other 1/2. Thus, we
could split the bonus. There are openings in all
grade levels Pre-K through 12th.
