If so....I bought these books as a first grade teacher and have been able to implement a LOT now that I'm in kdgn again. I find Lucy hard to follow, myself. Our district bought the whole kit for 14 elementary schools--all k - 2 teachers! woe. That's a lot of dough.

The district bought kdgn teachers this book this past year: also a great resource!

On PT--look up miss.anderson. She's a first grade teacher. She has taken Lucy's lessons and planned them out beautifully, in easy to follow documents for each day! I have found in k that I just go slower and repeat lessons or even disect lessons even further. miss.anderson really has done a fabulous job of putting Lucy's good stuff into a more teacher-friendly format!
