Portfolio
By Jill

Clip to ScrapBook
The portfolio is nothing like the one you would take for an interview. The entire thing is based on the NTASC Standards. You do a lot of reflections (writing), a fifteen minute video, etc. There are actually 4 very in
depth parts to the portfolio. I sent copies of the outline of the portfolio to another girl who was interested. Unfortunately I do not have the info anymore, (or if I do it is long packed)however, I'm sure the girl who I sent them to would be more than happy to send them to you! Let me know and I'll see what I can do! Some of my friends who just completed it have spent endless hours
on it. I taught in Iredell-Statesville Schools. It is just north of Charlotte. The portfolio is the same for the entire state, as is the salary (I believe), however each district adds a percentage supplement to the salary and it varies according to district.
