One of my weaknesses is being a perfectionist. I often scout out books and try to attend an extra class or research on the Internet to find more resources. I just know that I can find the best ideas for lessons on how to
improve writing, spelling, classroom management, etc... I am always hoping to become the best teacher.

Another one of my weaknesses is wanting to help out. I am always one of the first people to raise my hand or lend a lessonplan. I have a hard time saying no.

My last weakness is my over zealousness when it comes to organization. I put all my grades on an excel spreadsheet.

I give my students their grades every Monday. I like them to know where they stand. Right now, I am cataloguing all my lessons so I can create a website. I like things to have an order and be in place.

All these weaknesses are disguised as strengths.

Good luck!!!!
