I heard that it was best to have one page. I managed to condense mine down to one page but cut out my prior non-teaching experience. My letterhead is on top with four sections underneath. I used horizontal lines to separate the sections so I could save space. It works and looks great. I saw an interesting way to do a two pager on another site. Photocopy both pages onto an 11x17 with a fold in the middle like a booklet. Make a professional looking design and your name, of course, on the other side. For those who have lots of teaching experience, it might be the answer.
