Clarification

I wanted to make this clarification. I wouldn't dream of taking a job and leaving it in 3 months for this position. I am torn as to whether to address this position up front NOW and ask for it NOW and not begin work until November. But I am not sure that the director of schools is aware of this position or the fact that the teacher has said she doesn't plan to come back after having the baby. That is my rock and hard place. Oh well, the Lord will work it all out!
