I second the above

Clip to ScrapBook
I am young, so I was required to create a portfolio for class, and it proved to be my best asset during interviewing (for several reasons.) One, it shows that you are organized. Two, you have more than just saying what you would do, you have examples of what you WILL do. (and have done) I believe that it is the resume that gets you the interview and the portfolio that gets you the job. Peoples faces can all run together, but when you add a portfolio to it, it leaves an impression. Beyond that, more and more people are doing it, so if one does not, it may appear that the person does not care that much, and won't do extra.
