I am a first year teacher and I can relate to that "in limbo" feeling. The next step of the process is waiting. Personally, I would wait until a little closer to "hiring time" to contact the schools that haven't responded. As it gets closer to April and May I would send out letters reminding the school districts that they have your resume, you have filled out an application, and you are still interested. In my experience, you can get stuck at the bottom of a pile if you do not remind schools you are still there. I hope that makes sense. That is what worked for me. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. Best of luck!!
